The coal resources estimate for the Ji Ri Ga Lang project is 92.2 million tonnes, of which 87 per cent. of the resource is in the measured category and the remainder is all indicated. This has been verified by SRK (independent consultants) and carried out in accordance with the Guidelines of the JORC Code, prepared by the Joint Ore Reserves Committee of The Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Coal Resources as at March 2008 (JORC Code) are presented below.

The coal quality is typical of Inner-Mongolian thermal coals. The Ji Ri Ga Lang coal deposit will produce a medium ash coal perfectly suitable for the Inner Mongolian and north eastern China market requirements.

Regent has worked closely with China and Australian based technical consultants to optimise the open cut mining operation sequence and design for 3 million tonnes per annum. Market off take and coal transformation assessments have also been undertaken to understand the potential markets for securing the best commercial off take terms for coal sales. Considerable opportunity exists to expand annual production beyond 3 million tonnes per annum.

Once the mining lease has been approved, ACMC will advance additional pre-production drilling, coal crop trenching and engineering studies at Ji Ri Ga Lang to accurately define in detail the sub-crop extent, structure and the first phases of mining.
