Regent owns a 97.5% equity interest in the Yinzishan Mine in Yunnan Province, China. The Yinzishan mine has historically been mined as a small-scale shallow underground mine. The geological setting and ore characteristics are similar to those seen at the neighboring Dapingzhang mine.
